We started Empower Clinical Group with families in mind.
Too often, therapy can feel overwhelming, clinical, or difficult to navigate. We wanted to create something different. A place where families feel supported, children feel comfortable, and progress feels natural. Our approach focuses on meeting each child where they are and building from there, using individualized strategies that promote growth in functional, real-world skills that support daily life. At Empower, we're not just focused on outcomes. We're focused on the experience along the way.

Kimberly Santos, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Empower Clinical Group. Kimberly leads all clinical programming and develops individualized ABA treatment plans focused on meaningful, functional outcomes for each child.
Nina Green
Certified educator leading Empower's academic programming. Nina integrates individualized instruction with each child's ABA goals, creating a structured and supportive learning environment that promotes both academic and developmental growth.
